If you paid for a gift card using cryptocurrency through SpectroCoin and the order failed, it may be due to an expired invoice, meaning the payment was not completed on time. If the funds were successfully received, your order will be processed within one business day.

If it has not been updated, please get in touch with our support and provide the order number, which can be found by clicking "back to merchant" on your payment invoice
