🧾 Before You Pay – Complete These 3 Steps
After procceding to chechout, you’ll need to complete three important actions (all shown in the screenshot):
1. Enter or double-check your email address
Make sure the email you enter is correct. This is where we’ll send your gift card activation link. If the email is wrong, the order won’t be processed and you won’t receive your gift card.
To change the email after placing an order, you’ll need to contact our customer support team.
2. Choose your payment method
We support several payment options: cryptocurrency, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers, Binance Pay, and more. Simply click on the payment method you’d like to use.
3. Review your order summary
Carefully check the gift card value, region, and delivery email. If you have a voucher or discount code, enter it here. Once everything looks good, click the Purchase button to complete your order.
After confirming your payment, you’ll be redirected to our payment processor’s page.
So you will need to enter all the needed data and make the payment.
The transaction will either be approved or failed by the payment provider.
✅ If approved:
You’ll see a confirmation message on the website saying, "Thank you for your purchase."
Also an email with your redeem link will be sent to the email associated with your order. Which you need to click to activate the processing of your gift cards that you already paid.
❌ If failed:
The payment won’t go through, we won’t receive the funds, and you’ll be shown a message on the website saying order/payment failed
Also you will receive an email with information that the payment/order failed.
🔁 What Happens If Your Payment Fails?
We mostly receive payments through cryptocurrency or payment cards, and each method may fail for different reasons. Here's what you should know:
🪙 Crypto Payments
Cryptocurrency payments are being processed by our payment providers. Sometimes, payments are declined due to:
Fraud prevention or suspicious activity
Network delays
Sending the payment after the invoice has expired
If you sent a crypto payment and haven’t received your gift card, please wait up to one bussines day and than contact our support team. If we can’t locate the payment on our end, we’ll refer you to the payment processor’s customer support to resolve the issue.
🪙 What Should You Do If the Crypto Payment Fails?
No action is needed right away.
First, double-check if you’ve made the payment. If the invoice has expired, ensure that the payment was completed on your end.
If you're sure the payment was made but you haven't received the “Thanks for your order” email, please wait up to one business day. During this time, the payment may still go through.
If you still haven’t received your gift card or the “Thanks for your order” email after this time, please contact our support team. Be sure to provide the transaction hash and a screenshot as proof of payment.
If we can’t locate the payment, we’ll refer you to the payment provider’s support team to help resolve the issue.
💳 Card Payments
If your card payment failed, the transaction was likely reverted—meaning no funds were withdrawn from your account. Instead, your bank temporarily reserved the amount, which will be automatically released.
You might not see a refund marked on your bank statement, as the money was never actually charged. Instead, the reserved amount will simply become available again, usually within 3 business days but sometimes it can take up to 7 business days.
Common reasons for card payment failures include:
Incorrect card details
Bank security measures
Insufficient funds or card limits
Issues with card verification
Temporary technical errors
💳 What Should You Do If The Card Payment Fails?
No action is needed.
Since we never received your funds, the release is handled automatically by your bank and our payment provider.
Just wait, and the funds will appear back in your account soon.
Also If you'd like to try again, please double-check your card information or use a different payment method.
📦 What Happens After Your Payment Is Completed and You’ve Clicked the Activation Link?
Once your payment is approved and you click the activation link in your confirmation email, your gift card order starts processing.
There are two key statuses to track:
1. Gift Card Order Status
This shows the overall progress of your order. Common statuses include:
Processing
Completed
Failed
2. Gift Card / Redeem Details Status
This tracks the specific gift card delivery process. Possible statuses are:
Pending
Processing
Completed
Failed
🧩 How These Statuses Work Together
These two statuses combined give you a full picture of where your order stands.
👉 Before Clicking the Activation Link:
Order Status: Processing
Redeem Status: Pending
This means we’ve received your payment, but you haven’t clicked the activation link yet.
Important: If you see “Pending”, it means you still need to click the activation link in your confirmation email or the “Claim Gift Card” button on the redeem page.
👉 After Clicking the Activation Link:
Order Status: Processing
At this point, we’re actively retrieving your gift card. You may see a message like "We’re getting your gift card," along with an estimated processing time.
This is just an estimate—it doesn’t count down or adjust.
Note: Gift cards are usually delivered instantly—typically within one minute. However, in some cases, delays can occur due to the specific card type, supplier availability, or technical issues. If that happens, please allow up to 1 business day for the issue to be resolved. We’re actively monitoring all orders and doing our best to complete them as quickly as possible. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, feel free to contact our support team.
✅ When the Card is Ready:
Order Status: Processing
Redeem Status: Completed
This means the gift card has been successfully retrieved and is nearly ready. Shortly after this:
You’ll then see the “View Gift Card” button, and your order is complete!
❌ If Something Goes Wrong:
This typically happens due to a supply issue or technical problem.
Don’t worry—we are on top of it! We’ll either send a replacement card or issue a refund.
There's no need to contact support immediately—we are actively addressing these issues.
What Should You Do when Gift Card Order Is Processing?
After your payment is confirmed, please check all your email folders (inbox, spam, promotions, social) for the activation email. We actively monitor email delivery issues and usually contact affected customers within 1 business day. If you haven’t received the email and haven’t heard from us, please reach out to our support team.
If your order status is "Pending" and you haven’t clicked the activation link, make sure to click it in your confirmation email to start the processing of your gift card.
If you’ve clicked the activation link but the gift card status (Redeem Details) is stuck on “Processing” for more than 1 business day, please rest assured—we’re actively monitoring all such cases and working to resolve them as quickly as possible.
If it takes longer than 2 business days, feel free to contact our support team. We’ll provide an update on your order if needed.
If your order status shows “Failed”, don’t worry. We're already aware of such cases and working on a solution. Please allow up to 2 business days—we’ll either deliver a replacement card or issue a refund if needed.
