Gift Card Statuses Explained
Pending
When a gift card is in the Pending status, it means that you haven’t initiated its processing yet. At this stage, no actions are taken automatically.
What you need to do:
Press the "Claim Gift Card" button to start processing.
Until you do this, the gift card will remain in the Pending status.
Processing
Once you press "Claim Gift Card," the status changes to Processing. This means that we are sourcing your gift card from our available suppliers.
What happens next:
Processing usually takes a few minutes.
No further actions are required from you.
You will receive an email notification once your gift card is ready.
Completed
When processing is finished, the status updates to Completed. This means your gift card is ready to use, and all details are available.
What you need to do:
Press the "View Gift Card" button to reveal the card details.
Once viewed, you can use the gift card anytime.
Failed
If the processing was unsuccessful, the status changes to Failed. This usually happens when we are unable to source the gift card.
What happens next:
Our system automatically reviews failed orders.
If the issue cannot be resolved, we initiate a refund.
You will receive an email notification once the refund process begins.
