Pending
This only relates to the order as a whole; this means we are waiting to receive the payment.
Processing
Once your payment has been received we will begin processing the order. This means that we are sourcing your gift card from our available suppliers.
What happens next:
Processing usually takes a few minutes.
No further actions are required from you.
You will receive an email notification once your gift card is ready.
Completed
When processing is finished, the status updates to Completed. This means your gift card is ready to use, and all details are available.
What you need to do:
Press the "View Gift Card" button to reveal the card details.
Once viewed, you can use the gift card anytime.
Failed
If the processing was unsuccessful, the status changes to Failed. This usually happens when we are unable to source the gift card.
What happens next:
Our system automatically reviews failed orders.
If the issue cannot be resolved, we will initiate a refund.
You will receive an email notification once the refund process begins.- The refund process is different for your payment method. Refunds are typically processed within one to three business days of a failed order.
