The email went to your spam or promotions folder
Why this happens: Automated emails from gift card platforms are frequently filtered by email providers like Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo.
How to fix it:
Open your email and check the Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
Search for an email from [email protected] or with the subject "Your CoinGate gift card order".
If you find it in spam, mark it as "Not spam" so future emails arrive in your inbox.
The email was sent to a different address
Why this happens: If you entered your email address manually during checkout, a small typo can cause the confirmation to go to the wrong inbox.
How to fix it:
Check any other email addresses you own - work, old personal accounts, or aliases.
Look at your order confirmation page directly - the link is in the original order email, and your code is displayed there even without an email re-send.
You closed the order page before saving the code
Why this happens: Some users close the browser immediately after paying and miss the code displayed on the confirmation screen.
How to fix it:
Return to the order confirmation email you received when you first placed the order.
Click the order link inside that email to reopen your order page - your code will still be shown there.
If you did not receive the original order email either, contact support with your order ID.
The email is delayed due to delivery issues
Why this happens: On rare occasions, email delivery can be delayed by a few minutes due to high server load or your email provider's filtering.
How to fix it:
Wait 10-15 minutes and check your inbox again.
