❗ I Purchased a Gift Card for the Wrong Region

⚠️ Why Region Selection Matters
If you’ve purchased a gift card for the wrong region, we understand how frustrating that can be. However, it’s important to know that region accuracy is critical when purchasing gift cards. Our Terms and Conditions clearly outline the responsibilities and rules for customers when placing an order.
This issue falls under Section 4: Conclusion and execution of Contract of Commission, which includes the following key points:
Region Selection
When placing an Order, the Client must select and notify the region where the Gift Card will be used. Other information to be provided in the Order is specified on the Website.Confirmation
By placing an Order on the Platform, the Client accepts and agrees to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions. Any deviations or supplements to these Terms and Conditions shall only apply if they have been expressly accepted by the Agent in writing.
Eligibility and Rejection
We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of a purchase. If the order does not meet the criteria (e.g., wrong region), it may be rejected.Region Lock
The gift card is redeemable only in the region selected at checkout. This cannot be changed, even if you attempt to use location manipulation tools like VPNs.
🛑 No Refunds After Code Reveal
If the gift card code has already been revealed on your order page, we cannot offer a refund or region change, even if the code hasn't been used on the brand's website.
Once the code is revealed, the card is considered delivered.
Because this is a digital service, we have no way to guarantee the code hasn't been or won’t be used in the future — therefore, it’s not eligible for cancellation or replacement.
You can check this by viewing the "Last Revealed" section on your order page:
If there is a timestamp, it means the code has already been revealed and is no longer eligible for change or refund.
If the "Last Revealed" field is empty, then the code has not been viewed yet, and you may be eligible for support.
📦 Replacement or Refund — What Happens Next?
If the gift card has not been revealed, you are eligible for a refund or a region correction.
✅ If the code has not been revealed: You're eligible for a refund or region correction.
❌ If the code has been revealed: The card is no longer eligible for a refund or correction.
Our system considers a card revealed the moment the code is displayed to you — not when or whether it’s used on the brand’s website.
✅ What You Can Do
If it hasn’t been revealed, you can contact us to request a refund or correction to the appropriate region.
If it has been revealed, unfortunately, a refund or change is not possible under our Terms and Conditions.
This confirmation step exists to ensure that users fully understand the terms before revealing and using their gift card.
🔍 Where Can I See the Card Region?
You can always check the region and denomination of your purchased card on the Redeem page before revealing it. This ensures you’re seeing exactly what was ordered before using it.
