- Region Selection: To complete a Gift Card Purchase and Sale Agreement, you must provide accurate information and select the correct region where the gift card will be used, received, or redeemed.

- Eligibility and Rejection: We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of your purchase. If the order does not meet the outlined criteria, we may reject it.

- Region Lock: The gift card is redeemable only in the selected region, and this is non-negotiable, even if location manipulation tools are used.


Refund Policy

- Refunds Before Code Reveal: If the gift card has not been processed or the codes have not been revealed, we can issue a refund.

- No Refunds After Code Reveal: Once the gift card codes are revealed, we cannot issue a refund, as this constitutes a digital service, which is non-refundable.
