How to Claim Your Gift Cards After Payment
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to your order page. From there, you choose when to activate your cards — they won't be delivered until you say so.

Here's the full flow:
Pay for your order — payment is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email
Open the link in the email — you'll be asked to enter a verification code included in the same email
Enter the verification code — this confirms your identity and takes you to your order page, where your cards are listed in Pending state
Click to claim your cards — either all at once or one by one (see below)
Cards are delivered — status changes to Completed and you can view and use your codes
Step 1 — Verification Code
When you click the link in your email, you'll see a screen like this. Enter the code shown in your email to proceed.
Step 2 — Your Order Page (Pending State)
Once verified, you'll land on your order page. Your cards will appear in Pending state, ready for you to claim.
✨ Why This Is a Good Thing
This approach puts you in control of your purchase rather than having cards delivered the moment you pay. Here's why that matters:
More control — you decide exactly when each card is activated. Perfect if you're buying gifts for multiple people or occasions across different dates.
Claim at your own pace — activate one card now and others later. No pressure to use everything immediately.
Extend effective validity — since cards are only activated when you choose to claim them, you can preserve the time on a card's validity period by waiting until you're ready to use it.
Avoid unwanted instant delivery — if you're buying cards as gifts, you control when the code is ready rather than having it appear immediately after checkout.
⚠️ Important: Card Availability Is Not Guaranteed
While this feature gives you flexibility, please be aware that we cannot guarantee card availability at the time you choose to claim. Gift card stock is sourced in real time — if a particular card denomination or brand is no longer available when you trigger claiming, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
To avoid this, we recommend claiming your cards reasonably soon after payment, especially for high-demand brands or limited denominations. If you're buying for a specific date, leaving a small buffer is always a good idea.
✅ How to Claim Your Cards
From your order page (accessed via the link and verification code in your confirmation email), you have two options:
Claim All Gift Cards at Once
Click the "Claim All Gift Cards" button at the top of the order page. All cards in your order will be retrieved and delivered simultaneously. This is the fastest option if you want everything right away.
Claim Cards One by One
Click the "Claim Gift Card" button next to each individual card to activate them separately. Each card is only activated when you choose — useful if you're delivering cards to different people at different times.
📦 What Happens After You Click Claim?
The card status will move through these stages:
Before You Claim — Order Status: Processing / Redeem Status: Pending
Your payment has been received but you haven't clicked to claim yet.
After Clicking Claim — Order Status: Processing / Redeem Status: Processing
We're actively retrieving your gift card. This usually completes within 1 minute.
✅ Completed — Order Status: Completed / Redeem Status: Completed
Your gift card is ready! You'll see the "View Gift Card" button.
❌ If Something Goes Wrong — Redeem Status: Failed
Don't worry — we'll send a replacement or issue a refund within 2 business days. No action needed from you.
In rare cases delivery may take up to 1 business day if there's a supplier delay or technical issue. If it still hasn't arrived after that, feel free to contact our support team.
📩 Can't Find the Email?
The confirmation email is sent to the address you entered at checkout. It contains both the order link and the verification code you'll need to access your order page. If you can't find it:
Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder
Search for "CoinGate" or "gift card"
Make sure you used the correct email address at checkout
If you genuinely can't find it, contact our support team with your 7-digit order number and proof of payment and we'll resend the link.

Do I have to claim all cards immediately?
No — cards stay in Pending state until you choose to claim them.
Can I claim some now and others later?
Yes. Use the individual "Claim Gift Card" button next to each card to activate them separately.
Where do I find the verification code?
The verification code is included in the same confirmation email as the order link. Check all folders including spam if you can't find it.
What if a card isn't available when I try to claim it?
If a card can't be fulfilled at the time of claiming — due to stock availability — we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. We cannot substitute a different card automatically.
What if a card fails to process after I claim it?
If a card shows a Failed status, don't worry. We're already on it — we'll send a replacement or issue a refund within 2 business days.
Can I undo claiming once I've clicked?
No. Once a card moves to Processing or Completed, it cannot be reversed. Make sure you're ready before clicking.
