Why Am I Getting The Message "Under Review"

"The reward you are attempting to redeem is currently under review. Please try again later."

Updated over 3 months ago

This typically indicates that the reward code is being used outside the country for which it was originally intended.

Why Does This Happen?

All of our codes are region-locked, meaning they can only be redeemed in the country or region where they were issued. If you try to redeem a code in a different country, the system automatically puts it “under review” and prevents redemption.

Another reason for the 'Under Review' error could be the use of a VPN or proxy service, which may mask your actual location and prompt the system to flag your redemption request for verification. Security measures might also require verifying the redemption request's origin to confirm it comes from a permitted location.

What Can I Do

Ensure you redeem the code in the same country or region where it was issued.

Additionally, disable any VPN or proxy services and attempt to redeem the code again. Ensure you are familiar with the redemption policies provided by the issuing brand.

If you believe you are in the correct region but still receive this message, please get in touch with our support team and provide the following details:

We’ll review your case and let you know what further steps are possible.

However, do note that customer service or third-party platforms may have limitations in overriding the 'Under Review' process, which is typically managed by the issuing system. If the issue persists, you may need to contact the issuing brand directly for assistance.

Can I Get a Refund or Exchange?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange codes that are used outside their valid region.
