⏳ How Long Will It Take to Process My Gift Cards?

Once your payment is completed and you click the “Claim Gift Card” button in your confirmation email, the processing begins.


🎁 Typical Processing Time

Most gift cards are processed and delivered within a few minutes. In rare cases, processing may take longer than 24 hours. You’ll see them appear on your Order Access page shortly after activation.


📍 Where to Check the Status

To track your order:

  1. Open the Order Access page (link in your email).

  2. Look for the status next to each gift card.

  3. If it shows “Processing”, it means your card is being retrieved.


🕒 Delays in Processing?

If the status stays “Processing” for more than 1 business day, don’t worry — we’re actively monitoring all orders.

If it takes longer than 2 business days, feel free to contact our support team. We’ll review and update you.


❌ Status Shows “Failed”?

This usually means a technical or supply issue. No need to contact us right away — we’re already working on it.

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to:

  • Send a replacement gift card, or

  • Issue a refund

You’ll be notified as soon as it's resolved.


📅 Please Note About Weekends

We do not process gift card issues on weekends.
If your card is stuck on “Processing” over the weekend, please wait — we’ll resolve everything first thing Monday.

🚫 Important: Sending multiple tickets will only slow things down for everyone. One ticket is enough — we’ll get to you as soon as possible!


✅ In most cases, no action is needed — gift cards are delivered automatically and quickly. We're here to help if your case goes beyond the usual timeframe.
