Gift card processing typically takes just a few minutes after you click Claim Gift Card. You can check the estimated processing time for each gift card on your Order Access page, displayed next to the respective gift card in the Processing state.

In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours. If you experience a delay beyond 24 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.
